If termination is for violation of the Terms of Use payment will not be refunded. If termination is not for violating the Terms of Use a proportion of the annual fee relative to the remaining period will be refunded.
If the user wishes to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the Website.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities and limitations of liability.

The Website and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RiggingCalc, LLC. Copyright, trademark and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries protect the Website. RiggingCalc™ and the related logo are trademarks of RiggingCalc, LLC. You represent and warrant to RiggingCalc, LLC that all information you provide to us in connection with your use of the Website does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RiggingCalc, LLC and its affiliates, licensees and licensors, and their respective employees, contractors, agents, members, managers, officers and directors (collectively, “Indemnitees”), from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of or access to the Website or a breach of these Terms, including any use, access or breach by anyone using your account or your account credentials (i.e., username and password).

With respect to Company Plans and the user accounts associated with a Company Plan, all information including user information, rigging plans, equipment libraries, and personnel libraries maybe accessed/used by the main Company Plan Account holder. Should a user leave the company or terminate the user account the account information shall remain with the Company Plan Account holder.
Notwithstanding the above, your email and password will not be shared or sold to third parties.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure, but the safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the Website.
